With over 15 years of expertise in pipeline development, investment acquisition, and revenue growth across multiple industries, Britt Bowker has built a remarkable record in business and economic development. As Director of Recruitment for South Louisiana Economic Development, Britt developed a robust pipeline of over 1,000 leads for energy transition projects, resulting in 58 active projects with $91 billion in anticipated capital expenditures and 34,000 job opportunities for the region. Her efforts secured over $50 billion in private investments and $1.5 billion in federal funding for renewable energy initiatives, further positioning Louisiana as a leader in sustainable industry.
Through the H2theFuture grant, Britt spearheaded business development for the Louisiana Future Energy initiative, where she organized monthly events that attracted over 200 key industry leaders from across the nation, strengthening partnerships and building momentum for a sustainable future.
Britt’s career includes executive roles in healthcare and financial services. Within the banking and financial industry , she established seven new branches along the Gulf Coast, achieving profitability in within six months. She also led physician recruitment and strategic clinic growth in healthcare by onboarding over 100 healthcare providers and enhancing retention and efficiency.
Her accomplishments fuel growth in competitive markets and include creating networking and educational events that strengthen community ties and expand market reach.
